Welcome to Pooches Pantry. These terms apply to your use of poochespantry.com.au and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.
About us
Pooches Pantry hand-makes dehydrated dog treats and baked dog cookies in Melbourne, Australia.
Our products
All of our products are made for dogs — they are pet treats, not food for human consumption. Treats should be fed as part of a balanced diet and are not a substitute for complete dog food. Every dog is different: if your dog has a medical condition, allergies or special dietary needs, please consult your veterinarian before introducing new treats. Product images are illustrative; as a handmade product, size, shape and colour vary naturally between batches.
Orders and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order where a product is unavailable or a listing contained an obvious error — we'll always tell you and refund in full.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping timeframes, delivery areas and storage guidance are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please provide accurate delivery details — we can't take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.
Returns and refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms.
Discounts and promotions
Discount codes and promotions can't be applied retrospectively, may have conditions attached, and unless stated otherwise can't be combined with other offers.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — including our name, logo, photography and written content — belongs to Pooches Pantry and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
