Everything you need to know about how we ship, what we charge, and how we handle the rare time something isn't right.

Shipping treats

Our dehydrated treats are shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post.

  • Standard: $9.95 for orders up to $40, $11.95 for orders $40-$69.99 — typically 2-5 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over $70
  • Express: $15 flat (any order size) — typically 1-3 business days
  • Melbourne metro orders often arrive next business day

Orders are packed within 1-2 business days of dehydration. Small batch by design - so occasionally we'll be sold out for a day or two while a fresh batch is drying.

Bone broth - local delivery only

Our small-batch fresh bone broth is local delivery only to postcode 3181, delivered Saturday mornings (10am-12pm). Order by Friday and we'll confirm your Saturday drop-off.

We don't ship broth - it's made-to-order and refrigerator-fresh, so it goes straight from our kitchen to your door.

Returns & quality issues

Because our products are food, we don't accept change-of-mind returns once an order has shipped.

If you find a defect or quality issue when opening your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.

Storage & freshness

Treats keep 4 weeks in the fridge or 2 weeks in the pantry, sealed in a cool dry place.

Bone broth keeps 5 days refrigerated after opening, or freeze in ice blocks and use as needed.
