All products on this site are dog treats and bone broth, intended for canine consumption. They are not for human consumption. Photos are illustrative - given our small-batch, hand-made nature, individual pieces vary slightly in shape and colour batch to batch. Always supervise your dog while they are eating.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Orders are processed only after full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (for example: supply issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud) and refund in full.

See our Shipping & Returns page for full details. We are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or by incorrect delivery details supplied at checkout. Bone broth is local delivery only — Saturday mornings to postcode 3181.

Because our products are food, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once an order has shipped. If you find a defect or quality issue when opening your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving with a photograph and your order number, and we will make it right.

We list ingredients clearly on every product. If your dog has known allergies or sensitivities, please check the ingredient list before ordering. We are not veterinarians - if your dog has a medical condition, please consult your vet before introducing any new food or treat.

All photographs, copy, branding, recipes and design elements on this website are the property of Pooches Pantry. They may not be reproduced, copied or used without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.
